Late Arrivals and Cancellation Policy

It is important to arrive on time for your appointment. This will insure that I have the appropriate amount of time to provide you with the detailed nail service you deserve. If you are running late, or are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please notify me as soon as possible with at least 48 hours notice to open up the time slot to a waiting client.

Any cancellation notice 24 hours or less will result in a charge consisting of the full price of the scheduled service. No-call, No-shows will result in a charge.

Of course there are exceptions to this late arrivals and cancellations policy, but I encourage you to stay within these boundaries so my business runs smoothly. I appreciate it!
